Customer Support strives to answer all inquiries as quickly as possible.
We answer all emails in the order in which they are received.
We attempt to answer all emails within three business day.
Ordering
If you want to place an order on our website, we require an email address to be associated with the order.
This email address will also be your user ID so you can log in and change your personal information.
We will use this email address to send order confirmations and shipping notices as well.
International Orders
International Orders might be possible upon request.
Please reach out to us via the above contact information.
Payment can be done via Wise or Major Credit Card providers supported by FPX (implementation pending).
We generally support up to DAP (Delivery At Place).
Taxes and customs fees are not included in the international shipping cost.
You will need to check with your local authorities to determine what those charges might be.
We have no information on if or how much you’ll need to pay.
Inventory Status
In Stock:
- Items are in our warehouse.
- Domestic shipping schedule is expected.
Pre-order:
- Items will first need to be shipped from our manufacturing partner overseas to our warehouse before we are able to ship out to you.
- Shipment will take from 1 month up to 4 months if there’s a delay. Please bear with us.
Orders placed are deemed to have their inventory status understood by the buyer.
Shall information mismatch happens, FunEmployed Ray Studio shall communicate to resolve this.
Order Status
Unpaid – Order is placed and the payment has yet to be received. Once payment is cleared it will change to “Paid”.
Paid – Order is actively being worked on by FunEmployed Ray Studio. It will remain in this status until it is shipped out to you.
In Transit – Order has been passed to our shipping partner for final delivery to you.
Delivered – Our shipping partner claims that the order has been delivered. Orders delivered will be changed to this status usually within two days of the delivery date.
Cancelled – Order has been cancelled either by the customer or by FunEmployed Ray Studio.
Refunded – Order payment has been refunded to the customer.
Out of Stock
If an item on your order is out of stock, we will refund your account for the item and ship the rest of the order.
There are exceptions when we know an item will be restocked shortly, in which case we will hold the order and ship it in its entirety.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All pricing is listed in Ringgit Malaysia.
Our website accepts FPX Online Banking and Manual Bank Transfer as the methods of payment.
Sometimes we will temporarily discount a product’s price or run promotions on certain product lines. These changes are time-sensitive and FunEmployed Ray Studio reserves the right to end a promotion at any time. Orders placed before a sale begins or after the expiration will not be eligible for the promotional rate.
FunEmployed Ray Studio reserves the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, with no further obligations to you, even after an order confirmation has been received.
In the case of a pricing error, FunEmployed Ray Studio will contact you via email or phone regarding the error and will discuss an appropriate solution.
Pre-orders
Sometimes we offer our new products for sale on pre-order basis before we have received the stock from our manufacturer.
Payment for pre-orders are required at the time the order is placed.
These payments are non-refundable.
If an item says pre-order in the title, it means the item is not yet available and we are taking advance orders. The quantity available and ‘In Stock’ notation displays the amount we have ordered from our manufacturer.
If there are other items on the order, we will not ship the entire order until the pre-order product comes out.
All pre-orders must ship out in one shipment and existing pre-orders cannot be split into separate orders.
Estimated Time of Arrival is only an estimation.
The actual date of delivery relies heavily on factors outside of our control. For example, our manufacturer’s production schedule, logistics (subject to many types of delays associated with international shipping), and Customs clearance.
Returns for Replacements
All returns for replacements require approval.
Please email ray@funray.org with the reason for the Return & relevant evidence (e.g. photos of manufacturing defects).
We will discuss with you the next steps.
Please DO NOT send back merchandise before receiving our approval.
FunEmployed Ray Studio does not cover shipping costs on returns.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Partners
For domestic shipping, we ship out our orders using GDEX.
For shipping to Singapore, we ship out our orders using Teleport Next Day.
Transit Times
FunEmployed Ray Studio strives to process orders placed within 3 working days, barring exceptional circumstances.
Our warehouse is located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor and transit time varies based on destination.
Orders going out can take up to three to five business days (West Malaysia) and up to five to ten business days (East Malaysia) to arrive depending on the destination.
Tracking Information
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to customers when the orders have been passed to our shipping partner.
The shipping confirmation email contains the following information:
1) Courier name
2) Tracking number
3) Tracking link
4) Order product information

3.1 We take all reasonable steps to ensure that this Website is available 24 hours every day, 365 days per year. However, websites do sometimes encounter downtime due to server issues & other technical issues. Therefore we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.
3.2 This Website may be temporarily unavailable due to issues such as system failure, maintenance/repair, or for reasons beyond our control. Where possible we will try to give our visitors advance warning of maintenance issues but shall not be obliged to do so.

4.1 With the exception of personally identifiable information, the use of which is covered under our Privacy Policy, any material you send or post to this Website shall be considered non-proprietary and not confidential.
