Returns / Refunds

Goods sold, Backordered, Pre-ordered and/or Deposits are not returnable / refundable. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns / refunds if you have changed your mind after ordering the product.

Warranty For Product Defects

However, we are happy to replace any defective products reported within 1 week after the purchase. To file a replacement report or to get more information regarding the replacement procedures, please email ray@funray.org.

Payment Correction Due To Technical Error

In an event where a technical error regarding payment occurs (e.g. duplicated payment, wrong transaction amount, etc), please inform us within 1 week so that our team is able to check and verify the error and proceed with the payment correction.
